Hair plugging shower drain. Loose bathroom door knob. No body available at checkout desk. Uncomfortable beds.

Renovating was going on the facility on the other side but our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar was great. The attendant is very attentive and eager to make sure all guests get a good breakfast.

Floors were dirty. The only laundry facility was one super size stacked washer and dryer in a dark cubbyhole with no table or chair or light.

The breakfast was pretty good, but they were out of several items and not replenishing them even though it was still early & there wasn’t enough seating for all the guests having breakfast, some had to stand to eat.

Check-in was difficult and time consuming even though we had reservations. We had booked 2 rooms, but when we arrived we’re told we only had 1 room, thankfully I had my confirmation printed out & she finally gave us both rooms. There were many homeless people walking on the property. Rooms were old and hadn’t been remodeled- our TV wasn’t hooked up, had to do that ourselves.
