Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice rooms and set up

The hallways were noisy with Army reservists, but staff person did her best to correct situation. TV didn’t work, but staff person got it corrected. The room phone did not work.

Location was very convenient - if you aren’t planning on taking the Macon bypass. However, it was very convenient to I75, so not too difficult to resume our trip south. Hotel was a little on the older side, although redone and fairly clean - but just not the “new hotel” stay. But for the price, it is actually better than I expected. The room was a great size.

Although I was in a non-smoking room (at least that is what I asked for), it still smelled faintly like smoke. Could have done without that, but since I arrived very late and was only there for about 8hours, it was not the end of the world. Otherwise, if it would have been more of an extended stay, I would have probably requested a different room.

The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. The room was a nice size and it was so clean

Location parking lot was well lit so I didn't feel like my car was going to get broken into! The front desk attendant was nice. When I got to my room, none of the pillows had pillow cases and the front desk was nice enough to go find some for me!

Room door needed some heavy squirts of WD40. Every time I left the room I felt like I was waking the whole floor up. The only ice machine is on the first floor.

We were traveling and needed a place to stay the night.

Could have been cleaner. Found a head bug on the top blanket. Made me feel that the blanket was never washed. I’m sure they changed the sheets but the blanket needed to be washed as well
