The front office person didn't tell me where my room was and the air conditioner was about to fall out of the wall and no screens on the window and room wasn't clean

The staff there is nosy and walk the hallways to try to find a reason to put people with color out the hotel and if you don’t put everyone who is staying in the room with you they will not let any extra guest swim so Thank God I didn’t plan on any extra guests because desk staff definitely made that clear. And I don’t know what the situation was with the bad situation there but I got two different rooms and both rooms beds had stains on them. So I probably will not go stay here again thanks but no thanks

The tv, toilet and refrigerator was broken. Then at check out the front desk clerk tried to keep my deposit. I will never book here again.

This hotel was good enough but not great. The facility needs to be updated. The bathroom in our room was small. But at least they provided enough towels for our family (not always the case other places). Breakfast was ok, not great.

Very outdated, the smell was terrible, dirty pillowcases, only 4 tables in breakfast area, the couch had stains all over and was ripped in 2 areas, poor lighting in the room.

We enjoyed the staff. They were very kind and generous to my fiancé and I on our first family trip with our baby.

Older property but clean and well taken care of.

This hotel is 8 minutes from the dorms which is nice. When we checked in, no one was at the front desk for 8 minutes. We rang the bell & eventually asked the room attendant for help. Once we did check in, the front desk person was relatively welcoming & pleasant. The room seemed clean & the parking was plentiful. It was nice & quiet. We appreciated that. Opportunities for a better experience would be to properly staff the front desk & update the dining area & lobby, it’s very outdated & smells of Jean Nate or some gross outdated and over powering perfume. I didn’t expect the Four Seasons lobby, but it smells unclean & looked dated.

It’s a little far from campus. An Uber is $25 to get to campus
