Self check in was cumbersome and un personal

Clean rooms, reasonable price.

Room keys never work on the first set/try. Staff not speaking English.

The breakfast was a high carb type so no eggs or meat so we had coffee and tea but opted to go out for brunch. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The heat and AC were also excellent. I should add that our room had patio doors to a small patio and I think most or all rooms had a patio and it was a really nice feature at no upgraded charge. Based on our experience we will like return once or twice per year as we travel. Also as a bonus this hotel has a full bath plus an extra sink area so two people may be cleaning up at one time.

The only negative that we had at this location was that we had more ants in the room than one would expect (maybe 8-12), they were mainly in the wet areas. I did let the hotel know about this and with as nice of property as it is I would guess they will have pest control take care of the issue.

Beware: There is no live host when you check in. There is a kiosk and face on a TV monitor who could be anywhere in the world. I would not have stayed here if I knew that, it is very impersonal and shows a lack of concern for the guests. In fact, I saw only one real person, a housecleaner, during my stay. I also worry about the general security on the property without anyone staffed in the lobby.

They had an offshore desk clerk machine. There were fireworks through the night and a person who is actually there would have been able to respond.
