Staff were very nice

Booked a room with a view which turned out to overlook the parking lot

Says hot tub on the site but it’s clearly been out of order for sometime. Very disappointing.

The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. Within a few miles. This hotel just needs a lot of updating especially for the price. Everything— the shower, the beds, the cabinet for clothes, the towels,etc.were very old and worn. For $200 a night, it should be much better. Staff were great. Liked complimentary water. Seemed to be enough parking.

The Hotel is located within a few miles from Charlevoix , the staff was friendly and water bottles were provided at the lounge - for free. Air conditioning was good, silent one.Breakfast was good - traditional american breakfast.

Well, I must say it is an old venue - bathroom is disappointing - very small indeed, so be prepared to squeeze yourself into the shower. The toilet paper was a real disaster - that was the cheapest one I have ever seen. For the price of this hotel, that is a real no-to-do for their guests. The shampoo kit was a super miniature - I was lucky to have brought my own stuff. Beds were ok, it seemed clean. Carpet is old.

When I checked in it was little late. I feel like the host was not very friendly. Then I put me on floor with a bunch of guys that was partying most of the night. My room did not have a phone so I could not a notify the front desk.

For this price this is a great hotel. Cheaper than the awful nearby Americinn which we had to leave and move to the Charlevoix Inn. My family has stayed at the Charlevoix Inn probably ten times over the last 15-20 years and it’s always clean and nicely apportioned. It’s not luxury by any means. But clearly the owners care about the furnishings and comfort and appearance. The beds are relatively new and comfortable. The bathrooms are spartan but functional. The bedding is relatively new and clean. The hallways are bright and clean. The staff is nice. The breakfast is fine. The location is good. Definitely recommend especially over the Americinn. My main recommendation is to make all the rooms more accessible with bathroom support bars and higher toilets to accommodate elderly or mobility limited customers.

Overall , building not taken care of , hot tub broken , room had pint smell trying to cover up a smoking room smell , no signs on hallways to tell you which way your rooms was . Pillows were terrible ! Bed felt hard and old . Staff did not appear very friendly at all .
