Could of had that pool and hot tub being renovated on the website people that stay there numerous times wouldn't look at your amenities to see you took them off. The people who were in rooms around us very noisy till 11pmor so and started back up at 5 am then the hot water in the room was only like warm so no shower let run 10 minutes and no better then I just looked at reviews and seen someone else must have had same room in October and had no hot water

"Don't waste your money"

Nothing.

One of the staff members working the night shift was incredibly rude. Upon entering she immediately, was aloof, when we said we are here to check in. She double charged our account, and she demanded she needed to write down our credit card numbers. we had to report it as fraud. We even tried to discuss the issue with management regarding the overcharge and nothing. In addition, the pool, and hot tub does not work. The rooms are small and not updated. There were people smoking in other rooms. The website must have been done in 2010, cause its not how it was presented on the website. The breakfast in the morning had hard bagels and toast, as if they keep putting out the same breakfast. This was a horrible experience and it completely ruined our getaway.
