Personal muy amable, me gustó que pudieran adelantar la hora del desayuno ya que iva por la maraton de santiago y creo que muchos agradecieron ese detalle, muy variado exquisito todo

Debieran ampliar un poco mas la salida o hacer pequeñas excepciones en lo posible cuando es un evento de alta convocatoria. O solo para quienes fuimos al evento hace poco me hospede en el hotel diego de almagro de curico y tenían ese detalle con los que participaban de esa maraton. La salida era a las 14.00 hrs.

Excellent central location, although the area is rather shady, especially at night. I liked the classic flair of the hotel, especially in the room. They can call you a taxi and you can pay by card at the reception. Breakfast selection was good.

I was not allowed to change my table at breakfast, they made me sit at a table right next to the buffet, saying this is the only option (there were other tables available). Staff was not as friendly as expected.

Fui a descansar al hotel. Cumplió mis expectativas. Todo el personal muy atento. La calidad de los productos del buffet del desayuno muy buenos. Excelente carta a la hora de comer. Zona de spa (piscina) tranquila y relajante.

Detalle en un vaso al recibir la habitación. Todo solucionable.

we absolutely loved our stay in Santiago thanks to having a wonderful hotel to come back to. the beds were extremely comfortable the staff were 5 star and the facilities ie pool area roof top bar and food were excellent . I thought having the doors opened on arrival was comforting. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.
