Room was modern and clean. Parking was good.

I wanted a ground-floor room but ended up on the second floor. There were lots of rooms available; I don't understand why my request could not be fulfilled. The washing machine was broken, so I could not use it. However, the front desk clerk refunded my money.

Bed was comfortable. Quick and easy check in. Area felt safe. Breakfast was decent - yogurt, oatmeal packets, apple, milk, toast, waffle maker.

Low water pressure. Shampoo in the shower was out.
