Great location, smart fresh room

Incredibly squeaky bed - couldn’t sleep. Maybe offer some smaller / softer pillows - personal preference but they seemed very large and overfilled.

Lack of care while cleaning. Dirty spits in kitchen floor, bed sheets had black marks on them. They were eventually replaced on day two after we pointed it out
