The suite was very roomy, quiet, and clean. The price for the suite was exceptional reasonable. It is an easy walk to all the sites in Ottawa.

Our bed frame was broken and had been repaired with duct tape. It broke again. They fixed it again with tape. Maybe they’ll do a permanent repair soon. It’s located across the street from the city mission. There a number of sketchy people in the area. They never gave us a problem, but some hotel guests may be uncomfortable.

I liked the location of Les Suites to the venue where our function/activity was held in Ottawa. I also liked the professionalism of all hotel staff my family and I had encountered during our stay.

It seemed the elevators (either one or two) were inoperable during a few days of our stay so the foot traffic going up and down was delayed.
