The staff was beyond friendly courteous, super helpful. The smell right out of the elevator should be bottled amazing. The lifeguard was also great

"We were a group of 9 of mixed ages at a nearby wedding. We had a brillant stay. We thought the staff overall were fantas"

I was concerned about staying here, having read some reviews about the noise etc. I asked for a quiet location and stayed on the 6th floor. Several functions during my stay and no problems with noise at all.

The only issue we had was the pool was not open during the week, only at weekends after 11, despite summer season and very hot weather. I did not see this highlighted on the website?

Nice modern building located near the center of New Rochelle.

A lot of noise in the corridors, lack of noite insulation, they charge 15$ for a complimentary internet, a tapas "offer". Old shower and not worth the money

"Convenient to get to the city, but hotel needs renovation with decent size bathroom and room to put your luggage and som"

Location

The bathroom was TINY- the door closes 1” from the toilet. There isn’t place in the room to open your suitcase except the floor. Nothing is included- not even coffee in the lobby in the morning.
