"We all agreed we had a nice time"

Staff very friendly . Samantha Pietronuto was excellent at her job. Very efficient and she made sure we had a lovely breakfast.

The bar area did not have enough staff to clear away used plates and glasses. The pool should be open during the week in the summer

Parking was tough. Smell of marijuana was everywhere inside, outside, lobby.

The staff was beyond friendly courteous, super helpful. The smell right out of the elevator should be bottled amazing. The lifeguard was also great

"We were a group of 9 of mixed ages at a nearby wedding. We had a brillant stay. We thought the staff overall were fantas"

I was concerned about staying here, having read some reviews about the noise etc. I asked for a quiet location and stayed on the 6th floor. Several functions during my stay and no problems with noise at all.

The only issue we had was the pool was not open during the week, only at weekends after 11, despite summer season and very hot weather. I did not see this highlighted on the website?

Nice modern building located near the center of New Rochelle.

A lot of noise in the corridors, lack of noite insulation, they charge 15$ for a complimentary internet, a tapas "offer". Old shower and not worth the money
