駐車スペースから部屋まで必ず階段使う点が面倒に感じた。スタッフの対応は良く満足。施設自体は少し古さもあり、廊下など傷みは出ていたが部屋内は綺麗に保たれていました。風呂場も広くて気持ちよかったです。
接客、サービス等すごく良かったです！！
駄菓子の詰め合わせ、2泊なのに1回だけだった。清掃もなしとのこと。1泊1回ならわかる。それ以外はとても良かった！
因為要去Aeon Pokémon Center , 選擇喺呢度住，出入都好方便，唯獨泊完車要行落一層先可以返去房 ，搬行李有啲唔方便，如果有老人家就唔係咁好

スタッフの対応は抜群でしたが客室の一部が、神経質な私たちには適しなかったです。しかし、その部分もちゃんと対応してくださり、とても良い旅行になりました。
家族連れにとても優しいホテルでした。 スタンダードルームでしたが、眠るだけだったので広さも十分すぎるほどでした。 最終日にキッズルームを利用しましたが、チェックアウトギリギリの2時間以上遊んでいました。チェックアウトする頃には帰りたくないと大号泣されたので、楽しすぎて困りました(笑) 洗面、脱衣室とトイレが同じ空間で、施錠も出来ないのは不便を感じました。 いくら家族とはいえ、用を足している前で着替えをされるのもするのも気が引けます。
Each room had it's own specific parking right in front of the door, that was very convenient.
The hotel is in a quiet area. The rooms were clean, but the beds were a little hard. There isn't much within walking distance from hotel.
