It was clean on the surface and was a good price. Breakfast was nice.

They gave me the wrong room type. The bed was a little hard for me. The carpet had a pee smell to it. The whole box of tissue smelled like smoke.

It is convenient for us. The location is good. And we can bring our pet with us to stay.

On the last day of our stay we got up to get a shower and there was no hot water. When I went to check out and let the receptionist know. She said " I already know, I've known for 2 hours. Then said the maintenance crew is gonna have fun today!" I also let here know that when I called the front desk, there was a lady on the other end and she said " This is not the front desk it is another room!" I felt like she wasn't really that concerned about it. We was not able to get showers before we left and why did they not call maintenance guys in when she knew two hours ago that there was no hot water!?
