SureStay by Best Western Marion

This hotel is an excellent choice for those with pets. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The price was excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet. This hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. The parking lot was safe and secure. We will use this hotel on our next trip.

The staff were very helpful and it was very clean and comfortable.

It was on the main road in town and close to most of the stores and other places I need to go.

Short stay for a travel ball weekend. No compliments, family enjoyed the pool.

What I didn't like was the night shift staff trying to get in my room at 3:30 in the morning telling my mom we didn't belong in there, two men's and a lady. I told my mom to shut the door. They scared my 80 yr old mom. I made a phone call to the front desk cause when I threw on a robe they was gone down to the front desk. I made a call and asked the guy was he the one trying to get in my room, he said yes and proceed to tell me we shouldn't be in that room and didn't know who let us in there and I asked him who the hell he thought we were some damn squatters I paid for the room was given the key. I didn't appreciate you and the other folks telling my 80 yr old mom we had to get out. He then asked me what my name was and said we should have been in another room.

Carpet in the room was pretty dirty. Bathroom fan smelled like it was pulling in something stinky.

Did not service the room even tho we stayed 3 nights.

This property was great!… with big rooms and it was very clean. It also came with a great hot breakfast. We will definitely consider staying here again when we’re in the area.
