Super 8 by Wyndham Ft Stockton

Ashley at the front desk was incredibly awesome. A great stay!

Good location. Quiet. Large room. Friendly staff.

Very basic. Breakfast was super basic. Very quiet, it felt like we were the only people there - maybe that’s a positive?

Great value.

Was a surprise that the room was very agreeable. I'd stay here again.

Some things could be updated.

We didn’t stay. The person who greeted us when we arrived checked us in and then said he had no rooms on main floor. We asked if there was an elevator and he said no. My husband is disabled and we said we didn’t think we could Lug everything upstairs and we also have a little 12# dog with us. He just kept smiling (or smirking at us) and said we can’t help you. So I finally said we aren’t going to stay here, can we get reimbursed and he said no—you have to go thru booking. We ended up down at a Holiday Inn Express and even though they don’t take pets they let us stay with our dog. We also had a wonderful continental breakfast. The person at Super 8 shouldn’t be dealing with customers. He could’ve cared less that we were tired and had been driving 10 hours. Most places will offer to find something else. This man was just rude. It was like he enjoyed telling us no place for us. We travel quite a bit and first time this ever happened.

Bathroom remodel was not great. shower head moves in and out of the wall.

The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. The breakfast was very simple, we did not care for it.

The breakfast could have had more of variety. There was no protein options.

The room was clean, staff were courteous, and the breakfast was great.

The bathroom light is linked with a fan that screams when you turn it on. Thankfully the vanity mirror had some lighting to compensate. They took out the overhead light at the bathroom and left it open and unfinished.
