Clean, updated and good location to airport. Staff was extremely pleasant.

Breakfast was the typical fare. Good variety of choices such as fruit, yogurt, toaster items, eggs, sausage and waffles (which are always excellent choice). However the fruit was not fresh. Bananas quite black and oranges had moldy spots.

Room was so clean, Great location, and the staff are amazing.

Convenient spot for us! Very Friendly Staff. Rooms are always clean. 10/10 hotel for the night! Always love our stay at the sleep inn!

Nothing. Everything is perfect

Clean and quiet, I would stay there again. I also like the well lit parking lot and the security sitting outside.

I didn’t like the large gap under my door and door frame. Especially under the door. And the walls are thin but it didn’t matter because at night it was quiet and was able to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Because the location is a few miles out of town the price was a bit lower than downtown hotels and there is the added benefit of not having to pay extra for parking or breakfast. It is a very easy and quick drive into Charleston and downtown parking was always easily available during our April stay. The hotel is either new or newly renovated and everything is clean and fresh. The showers are beautiful! There is a rack full of brochures containing helpful tourist information about nearby attractions in the entryway. A family style restaurant is right next door and there is a pleasant outdoor gazebo overlooking a river. There is always coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in the lobby as well as bags of popcorn. Each evening there are fresh cookies at the front desk and if you have to check out for an early morning flight before the breakfast room opens at 6, the desk can arrange for a to-go breakfast bag.

The hotel is located only a few yards from a major highway and an off ramp runs right behind the rooms on one side of the hotel. If you don’t want to hear trucks rumbling and motorcycles gunning at all times of night and day be sure to ask for a room on the front side of the hotel! This was our second stay at this hotel and we had a much quieter experience in a room on the front of the hotel.

The cleaning staff was phenomenal. Everyone I met was so nice.

It would be great if the washer and dryer could use credit or debit cards. I didn’t have any cash.

Location. Cleanliness. Helpful staff (even late at night!) Nice room set up.

Odd smell in the hall and rooms the entire time. Mold? Water damage? Not sure. Damp mop-ish. Also needed to use the laundry facilities but it only took cash and there’s no ATM in the area.
