Location to interstate and downtown Charleston. Good breakfast. Location is next to Hardings Family Restaurant which has great food options. Popcorn, cookies and coffee available 24/7. Staff friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night with my spouse. The hotel was clean, convenient, and comfortable. The girl at check-in was very polite and professional. Breakfast was good, and the ladies at check-out were nice. to welcoming

My only issue was the bathroom. I’m not sure if all the rooms are the same, but in room 310 the bathroom had a sliding farm-style door that didn’t give much privacy at all. You could hear every noise coming from the bathroom, and if you stand in front of the mirror at the sink, you can see the shower through the door. That could make things pretty uncomfortable for some people.

"Not as Advertised"

I booked a room in the Quality Inn and arrived after dark. The signage was very confusing, as both the Quality and Comfort Inn seemed combined. I did not like the entrance to the building, a side building with a poorly marked entrance . There was an empty case of beer cans adjacent to the door (which was under an outside staircase, leading to the 2nd floor.
