Nice sized very clean and new room right on the harbor with a nice view. Very comfortable bed and nice sized bathroom. Communication with the host was easy and he let us store our luggage and get an early checkin around 1:30pm which was much appreciated. Elevator in the building was a plus as room was on the third floor.

This didn’t bother us. But you do hear commotion from the many restaurants on the harbor right in front of the building. With the windows closed it was not bad, and it calmed down around midnight. In the summer, it might be louder and later. Just something to consider if you are early/light sleepers.

"Great location, super clean and comfy."

Newly renovated room. Large bathroom. Very clean and comfortable bed. However not much room to leave your suitcase, need more storage in room, a dresser or similar and also more storage in bathroom. Plenty of room in bathroom for a shelf or cabinet to put your toiletries.

Switch for hot water is right next to the light switch for bathroom. Unbeknown to us we accidentally turned off the hot water. The next day went to have a shower and no hot water. Messaged owner to advise him what had happened and how long for water to heat up and he said 20mins. 1hr later still no hot water so had a cold shower. Told him he needs to put a notice on the wall near the switch to make people aware of this.
