DoubleTree by Hilton Little Rock

The restaurant was full and there was one server. We waited an hour for our food and we were the first ones there when it opened. My father in law ordered a pork chop and it was completely raw inside. Many people got up and left after sitting for over an hour without being acknowledged with even a glass of water.

From Check in, only one attendant. Place is old and Rotting from the inside out. The Balcony version was left over stains from previous past residents. Turned the Water on and it all turned Brown for the Sink and Tub. When asked the front side attendant on NYE’s what the problem was, one stated “We have had a Pipe issue, and the Maintenance crew does not have time to clear the Lines.” I will not recommend those who come to a High Quality Product to have to ensue what Double Tree in Little Rock, Arkansas has to offer. It is becoming a Beacon with Front Reserve Specialist as the norm on January 31st.

There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. A inconvenience. The hallway I was on and room I was in smell kinda of like old like wet dogs
