No elevator

Location was close to Resch center but avoid this place at all costs unless you want your own bed bug extermination costs!

Bed bugs in room, no accountability from management! About an hour after we arrived we found what we believed was a bed bug. Squashed and took to management. They sent in staff immediately who inspected the room. They found more bugs, we were told we needed to leave immediately. They comped us our $100 room (big deal) and sent us across the street. We missed half the opener for a concert we were attending due to relocation. We were also told they'd save the bug for exterminators to view and get back to me. When i spoke with the manager/owner the next day I asked her what happens if we get bed bugs in our home from this, will they pay for exterminator? She said she hasnt had bed bugs in her hotel since she bought 6 yrs ago. Also not true because the employee the night before told me "we get them from time to time". Two days later they sent a exterminator report with no mention of bed bugs, I repeatedly reached out to owner and exterminator asking for bug identification and offerred to resend photos. They will not respond. Avoid this hotel at all costs! A $100 room isnt worth $2000-3000 in exterminator fees at your house.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean

Building looked old and worn. Parking was an issue as not enough handicapped parking. I stated on my reservation that I needed an ada room as I am in a wheelchair and that my daughter needed to be nearby. The rooms were adjacent, but the room was not ada. I could barely get my chair between the bed and dresser. No grab bars in the bathroom either.

Okay, clean and fresh but always like something hot being served which they did not have.

Good breakfast, but they ran out of syrup & butter. Had a good variety. The room was clean.

Couldn't get the heat to work, so it was a bit chilly in the room.

Nothing to complain about. Except in the hot tub. The jets were spraying start up .made it getting wet in the face

Heater didn't work and it is the middle of winter. They brought a space heater which is ridiculous
