Comfortable room, great location

Beautiful decor and exremely good location. Very friendly staff too. We found it quiet despite being in the centre of town.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, even though renovations were taking place in the dinning room. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable of the area and spoke very good English Dutch and German. Our room was a corner room with an extra bed and lovely wooden floors. The only very slight criticism would be the bacon at breakfast, we are used to slightly different style. However the continental breakfast was of high quantity and plentiful. The location of the hotel is excellent with all of Strasbourg's beauty in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Very clean hotel with good ac and staff was always pleasant. We did not do the breakfast but there was a bakery right down the street and we also enjoyed the restaurants close by. Would stay there again if we return to Strasbourg.

Quirky hotel loved the decor. The room was compact but all we needed for one night. Great location friendly staff.

Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious room and bathroom. Hotel is close (walkable) to many areas in the city center- very convenient. And 10 minute walk to train station.

Everyone at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The bed was very comfy and the location was perfect.

The service was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding! The rooms were nice and clean, overall nice property. The location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

So the positives...the hotel itself had a cool vibe, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location was awesome. My three-star review is based on the room size (I was a solo traveler) and layout (my standard room was very very small) and the power outlets were on a wall not by the bed, so unless you have long cords with you, good luck. Also, the internet connection is non-existent, it was hit or miss if I sat at the foot of the bed (instead of at the headboard) and it might work for a few minutes. I really wanted to like this place but cannot get past the room size and the lack of a working internet in 2025. Unfortunately, I probably would not stay here again.

Room temperature was perfect, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean. Amazing location, helpful and friendly staff. Would return 100%
