Bad a burned car in the parking and the staff dint care

The location is perfect, I have stayed here for a length of time and now I may come once or twice every other month.

The customer service. This gentleman as I have stated before is very rude and disrespectful. All other staff members are very pleasant. Location of the room (unsafe) People next door screaming and hollering all day and most of the night. Had to settle for a smoking room (Lung Cancer Survivor) Room not clean: The floors in the room were dirty. Hair on the towels I was very disappointed. Normally I am very satisfied.

It has dirty floor ( stains that was off with water and a towel when I did it by my self) in the bathroom was a dirty wet towel hanged in the shower and a hair pin in the bathroom floor

The willingness of the staff to help.

They did not have 2 rooms for me prepared before my arrival. The room walls were as thin as paper. Next door guests were loud, drunk, disrespectful and management did nothing. they gave me a smokers room (never requested one) "Continental Breakfast" is a joke: pancakes - juice and an apple can't be considered breakfast. There were people in the parking lot dealing drugs There was not enough parking space Parking was really dark. There were burnt cars in the lot. YES, wrecked, burnt cars. bedsheets had cigarrette burns. The rooms, the walls, the curtains smelled awfully. There were bodily fluids all over the walls. The walls had never been cleaned Mosquitos were everywhere in the room,
