Ulaşım oldukça kolay. 10-15 dakikalık yürüyüşle Oldtown'ın her yerini gezebiliyorsunuz. Tesisin olanakları da gayet güzel, yeterli. It's a perfect place for a long stay! There is everything you need: a dishwasher, a washing machine, a stove, an oven, and cooking staff. The location might be quite far from the nearest beach, but you get silence instead. It took around 15 minutes to get to the nearest beach and around half an hour to get to the Mogren beach. A convenience store and a very good coffee shop are nearby. There is no dedicated parking space for your car, only free public parking, which is usually full in the evening. But be patient, and you'll find a place. The internet connection was also very good, so we could spend rainy days watching movies.

This is a spacious, very clean, and nicely furnished apartment located in an approximately 15-minute walk from Budva's marina and historic old town district. The apartment is on the second floor of a modern residential building with a terrace overlooking its courtyard. There are a couple of good supermarkets and several smaller shops nearby, as well as a few restaurants. The host, Sedat, is a very nice, friendly person, and is always ready to help and answer any questions via messenger. He met us at the location when we arrived by taxi and directed the driver right to the building's entrance. The property has a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of kitchenware that is enough for cooking for a small family, along with an oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. The apartment has an AC in the living room that functioned as a good heater and really saved us when we needed to dry our clothes after a heavy rain. All windows have roller shutters. The floor was rather cold, but there were warm slippers to wear.

Close to restaurants and market. Very helpful host, walking distance to old town and attractions there. Very clean and large space.

Highly recommend this place. About 10 minutes walk to the beach, close to a bakery, several markets, ATM and main bus station. Very clean, freshly renovated with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. A host is perfectly organised and helpful. Would totally come back.
