It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable.

It’s an older property and they’ve tried renovating a bit, but you can tell it wasn’t finished or done properly, but that did not affect our stay.

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious enough.

Stains on comforter, giant red liquid stain on carpet, large iron shaped piece burnt out of carpet, side doors constantly being propped open by other guests to go out and smoke creating a safety concern. Tub was dirty, bathroom floor was dirty. The tv sound was broke. So if it got too loud it buzzed and wasn't great to listen to.

Visiting family that attends College in Statesboro the location for me was excellent literally a mile away from my family member

Although one night I had an excellent State I can't complain about anything
