"It was a a decent stay, not horrible by any means, but also not great."

The staff was decent. The bed squeaked quite a bit when you sat down but it was surprisingly very comfy to sleep on.

The included breakfast left a LOT to be desired. The fake eggs were cut into cubes. There wasn't any peanut butter for the waffles, just random jelly packets and syrup. The only coffee was in a machine and it was baaaadddd.

Front Desk has very good customer service skills, friendly, and always helpful. Room Cleaning Staff shines great customer service with a smile! Thank you for that😃

On Friday, January 16, 2026 at approximately 0815. The rude and lack of customer service skills in the breakfast bar this morning. I had breakfast and coffee I was taking up to my room for two, when I asked the lady who was cleaning and checking on the food "Exuse me, do you have a tray I could use" and before I could finish my sentence she said "No" and walked away. I heard very loud laughing in the room she went back to. We ALL; everyone who was in the breakfast cafeteria eating and coming in and preparing there food heard the incredibly loud laughter after she entered and made a comment. My first stay there, and unfortunately, I don't think I will be going back. It was not a comfortable situation. Honorable Mention: The rest of the staff; front dest staff, room cleaning staff were very helpful, friendly, customer service knowledgeable 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars go to the front desk and room cleaning staff! Respectfully ⚓️🇺🇲

I didn't actually stay there. You don't take pets. I liked that even when the front desk side no pets, and we're charging you anyway, someone reversed charges and took care of business, without me calling first.
