Great position, fabulous breakfast and Helpful advice

Lovely!! My partner and I had a fantastic time here. Chris is a very approachable and kind host, and cooked a lovely breakfast each morning. The rooms were cozy and well decorated and the surrounding area very quiet. It's also not too far from the center of Inverness, with the train station being only a 15 minute walk away. I will warn that there is a cat on the property, so be wary if you have any allergies. The cat was very friendly, however, and did not try to enter our rooms. Would highly recommend!

Everything! The beds are comfy, and the breakfast was amazing. It was all the little touches that made my stay amazing.

There was nothing not to like.

Location was great. Chris was a huge help to us by doing our laundry, that was a big selling point for us! He was accommodating and had breakfast ready before 7am when we had a ferry reservation to catch in Ullapool.

Strongly suggest you add more lighting in the bathroom. Hard to see in there early in the morning and at night!

Host was friendly and most obliging. We had an early start and he was only too happy to provide breakfast earlier for us.

Breakfast was Terrific...Freshly cooked to order. Chris was really accomodating allowing us to drop our bags off before check in.

The property was very nice and in awesome location. Only suggestion would be needs new mattress.
