Comfort Inn Acworth - Kennesaw Northwest

Location is right off the interstate and has fuel, couple of restaurants and close to mall. Bed was fairly comfortable, room is cramped, looks to be an older development.

Lack of front desk being responsive, employees were always sitting around in the lobby area, strong urine odor in my 2nd floor room that was overbearing. Fitness room lacked clean towels, no water in the water cooler dispenser even after bringing to attention to front staff. Everything from bar soap to breakfast eggs is very low cost/cheap :( Booking.com did respond to my concerns of the accommodations and assisted with cancelation of the remainder of my reservation.

I asked for more toilet paper and the man told me to go into the main one in the hallway to get more. I would have thought he would have got me a roll.

The breakfast and location was great but the milk was empty and so was the meat warmer.

The front desk gentleman was very good and very helpful but his accent made it so hard to understand. There was no luggage rack in the room and no place for a suitcase except the floor. There were no towel racks in the bathroom for clothes or towels. The hot and cold were reversed in the sink.

Desk clerk couldn’t find reservation but I’m sure he could have found a room for an additional cost if I had been unable to produce a confirmation email. Shower valve was either plumbed incorrectly or handle installed wrong making hot water position a guessing game. I cannot remember the last time I was in a hotel room and there was not a single handicap bar in the shower. Breakfast was unremarkable but they usually are. The juice dispenser was curious as instead of wither orange or apple it dispensed a combination?

Easy on and off from the interstate. Walking distance from restaurants.

Older hotel that needs renovated. Carpet in room was stained. A/C or even the fan wouldn’t stay running. Bed sheets and comforter was stained as well.

The whirlpool tub in the room was amazing! The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was the only thing that did not meet our expectations. There was little variety and the hot options were all gone and were not refilled.

Very clean. Beds very comfortable.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Juice machine was out or not working correctly. But overall ok.
