The toilet in the bathroom had no handle to flush. The top of the tank was sitting on the sink counter. Nobody cleaned my room between days. Had to go to the front desk to ask for towels.

The smell of room was terrible, furniture was stained and flooring. I would not recommend staying at this place at all. The window lock was broken and this was a main floor room.

"Disappointing stay"

We were disappointed that there was no cable tv in the room, although they had it in the lobby (so couldn't watch our NCAA tournament game in our room). Also, they use styrofoam dishes for the breakfast -- terrible for the environment.

"pretty good"

For the most part clean. Although stairway was filthy and our sink in our room clearly had poured out coffee in it. That is disturbing, but the room is nice and big and comfortable. Front desk check in was disturbing, she was trying to get me to give $100 cash for a deposit. I was not comfortable with that line of thinking.
