The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect for my needs.

The only thing good about it was that it was close to where my daughter was playing in her soccer tournament.

You need to update the site with recent photos of what the facility looks like. I booked because it was a decent price for the number of days. When we got there, we checked in, dropped our stuff and then went to an event. When we got back we realized our TV was not working and neither was the heater. It was late so I don’t know how the manager expected us to “report” it. We called the front desk and were told we needed to wait for the manager. We slept there and got up the next morning and left for a tournament. Called again when we got back and was told that I should’ve said something sooner?! Wow. Never staying there again. Don’t waste your money.

Noises. Road noise.

Simple hotel near downtown, room fine with microwave and refrigerator, bathroom good and room clean. Good for getting to the exhibitions when in the centre of Tucson

I guess I liked the closeness to some destinations and the room was clean.

I was incredibly noisy and it lacked little things like hand soap, they put out shampoo. I didn't like that the door was hard to open and that there was about a half inch under the door that let the light in. I asked if it was possible to get a quiet room a week before, but I got put in a room facing a main room with loud traffic day and night.
