"Bad experience"

We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always have had a nice experience. This time was different. Soon after we arrived and got in the room we noticed a stain on the sofa, a bug crawling on the wall, the bathroom was making a noise and not working properly, one of the rooms bathroom had no soap, and the chair was broken. So we went back to the lobby and asked if can switch rooms the receptionist said they were booked and sorry but no. I showed her the pictures of the problems so she said the housekeeper will clean the room the following day because it was already late. So the next day after a long day of our event we came back to find out the room hadn’t been cleaned, so then we didn’t have clean towels. I had to go back to the lobby, but this time the receptionist was helpful with what I needed! This stay was from May 1st to May 3rd Two room suite.

When first checking in the front desk hospitality was so awesome!! The lady Alana was so awesome she made sure that all our needs were met, and gave us so much insight & information that made our stay so much easier & comfortable all the way down to the warm cookies!!! I really appreciated all of her help!! People like that make you definitely return!! Awesome job Alana me and my grand daughter had a wonderful stay!!!

Only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for parking!!! I really think that’s an over kill !!
