الموقع ممتاز وتعامل الموظفين

السعر مرتفع مقابل ما تحصل عليه خصوصا في سعر مواقف السيارات ثانيا لم استرجع التأمين بعد مرور اسبوع مع ان الموظف اخبرني بانه يسترجع في ثلاث ايام وللاسف هذا ما يحدث في الكثير من الفنادق الموجوده

"The front deck never said what they charged me"

When I booked the hotel it said it was 350.00 a night when we got there it was over 400 a night

"This is a great hotel with lots of amenities and very friendly staff."

From the time I entered the hotel I was warmly received, especially by the front desk, staff particularly individual name Naomi. She did a great job at explaining things to me and helping me with whatever I needed, and also set up a complementary tray with some food, which was very, very nice

The pillow was a little too hard for me from what I’m used to, but this happens in a lot of hotels that I’ve stayed at around the world

Nice hotel, Staff is all friendly and responsive to requests.

The single pane windows on a cold Chicago night and a heater that didn't quite heat up until the sun rose. brr : (
