Front desk would not pick up phone. Foreign person at desk could barely speak English.

Check-in was simple and straight forward but the female clerk stayed on her personal phone call from when I entered to when I left. She asked my name. She handed me room key and waved her hand to indicate where my room was located. I did not feel welcomed but that I was imposing on her time. There was very little parking on the side of the premises where my room access was located; I parked in the only open soot that was “reserved” for premium hotel program members. Once I entered the room, I had to turn on wall unit ac as it had been off. Needless to say with a 99degree day, the room took a long time to get comfortable. It remained humid all night. The room was good size and clean. The best thing about it was the sheets. Super silky and very comforting. The bed was a bit hard for me as I prefer a soft pillowy mattress. In the morning I went to make coffee but the provided in room maker was missing the part that held the coffee pods so I could not make it. Overall, if in the area I would probably stay again since it was half the price of the next level up hotel.

The hotel property was okay nothing out of the ordinary. It was clean and had the basic amenities, but there was nothing particularly memorable or special about it. It served its purpose, but it didn't stand out in any way.

Our stay at the hotel wasn't the best experience - we got locked out of our room for over an hour, and the staff offered minimal help the entire time. It was frustrating being left without updates or urgency, especially when we were just trying to enjoy our trip. What made the situation worse was the absence of any real effort to make amends. We asked for a refund or at least some form of compensation for the inconvenience and time lost, but were met only with hollow apologies. Being locked out of our room was entirely the hotel's fault, not ours. The door's battery had died, which should have been regularly checked and maintained by staff. When they came to unlock it using their tool, it didn't work because the door was poorly installed, making it impossible to reconnect the power or access the lock. We were left waiting the hour due to an issue that could have been prevented with proper maintenance and installation. Write a short sentence to sum up your stay.

Got moved around three times due to one room being filled passed maybe bedbugs from what they had explained the second room lost power completely and the third room. The AC went off in the middle of the night and never came back on check-in was a problem the keys didn’t work to any of the rooms they gave us so we had to go back to the office for five times And lady in the front counter didn’t give me a number for management.
