The room was nice.

The room seemed over priced for what it was. The hotel garage was also being used for event parking making spaces less available and the garage is pretty tight.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The main hotel was very clean and easy to navigate.

Getting access to the Parking garage was confusing. The cars were lined up down the street without any movement. You have to check in first for your parking garage access, there weren't any instructions prior to arriving of what to do so we were stuck at the gate and had to have someone come out to help us. The shower didn't work well at all. When you pulled up on the tub faucet, it didn't open all the way. So you ended up standing in water up to your ankles with half the water coming out the shower head. Then I found a plastic glove coming out from under the mattress and the sheets. No one in our group, who were all on different floors, had a great night of sleep. Between the sirens, cars honking, people yelling from the streets.

Breakfast was good and location was close to where we were going.

For the price I paid I expected a bigger bathroom than a convenient store bathroom stall. There were hair in the bathroom and spots on the shelves and on the bathroom counter and floors
