Location

Carpet stains (looked like blood) Cold water Being lied to by the front desk that maintenance would come fix my tv so I could use it . I called 4x and got yelled at the 3rd time I called . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Breakfast VERY DISAPPOINTING; was provided STALE cereal and MOLDY muffins . That was all they had !

Beds were comfortable and we were just glad to have a place to lay our head during our long trip.

Our room was disgusting. There was visible trash on the floor upon entering. There was some dark "stains" near the toilet paper holder and long hair stuck to the bathroom wall. No one had signed the cleaned by Matt by the TV...Breakfast had no options but coffee to drink and very little food.
