Likes: Staff very nice. Secure gate pass parking. Very clean. Very quiet. Fitness, pool & laundry, secured 😃 Dislikes: $40 incedental charge, not mentioned prior to booking. Custom breakfast items may be extra. Lots of construction, currently in the area, slightly confusing. 🤔 Definitely do recommend!

Other than the road construction that has been going on around there for the last few years, the hotel is nice, clean comfortable. Market Square is within walking distance. Parking is now $16 a day which at one time was free. The staff is pretty helpful too.

The bathroom was very dirty – there was hair in the bathtub and on the floor, and the area around the toilet was unclean. I even noticed blood stains on the carpet. During our stay, the housekeeping staff forgot to clean our room, so when we returned late at night, we had to go to the front desk to request basic toiletries and fresh towels. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The hostess double charged me on a bill, and she was very rude and arrogant. The cleaning lady and Karla from breakfst were great!
