Pelican to stylowy, butikowy hotel w najlepszej lokalizacji w Miami Beach. Budynek to perełka Art Deco Miami troskliwie zaadoptowana do potrzeb współczesnego luksusowego hotelu przez właściciela - twórcę odzieżowej marki Diesel. Każdy pokój jest indywidualnie urządzony, stylowo i ze smakiem. My zatrzymaliśmy się w apartamencie Executive Sixties na drugim poziomie, z widokiem na ocean. Pokój bardzo przestronny, sprzątany codziennie, okna na całą szerokość wychodzące na Ocean Drive. Wielkie wygodne łóżko, ekspres na kapsułki, spora lodówka, stół, fotele, dobry telewizor z odpowiednim wyborem kanałów. Wygodna łazienka, dobry prysznic i kosmetyki. Bardzo dobre śniadania a la carte oraz świetny bar z happy hours dla gości - codziennie darmowy koktajl w godz. 16-19. Bardzo dobra włoska restauracja na miejscu. Ogólnie - jeżeli oczekujesz butikowego doświadczenia zabytkowego hotelu w Miami Beach, to raczej lepiej nie trafisz.

W hotelu nie ma basenu, taras chyba jest, ale nie był otwarty. Obsługa jest miła i uczynna i bardzo się stara, ale jak w większości obiektów Horeca w USA polega na napiwkach od najprostszych czynności, za które już zapłaciłeś, na przykład serwowanie śniadania. Dla turysty z Europy to frustrujące i pogarsza ogólnie doskonałe wrażenie, jakie robi ten hotel.

The staff were amazing and very helpful.

The decor in the room was a bit creepy.

The Hotel manager was excellent - he was very helpful when we arrived and helped bring our cases from the valet parking bay which is roughly two blocks away. The location is excellent - right opposite Muscle beach and in the centre of the night-life

Service was appalling - we waited over half an hour just for someone to come and take our drinks order on the first night, and even when I went to the bar in desperation, I still had to chase it twice more. The level of service didn't improve much throughout our stay. The hotel was shabby in the rooms with the 'authentic' art deco furniture just plain tatty. In addition when we booked the hotel the parking was $30 a night. By the time we got to the hotel it had gone up to an eyewatering $48 a night and you had to wait 40 minutes to get the car out of the valet parking each time. This is a hotel that feels it does not need to try too hard because of it's heritage and location.

Localização excelente! Apesar de ter bares e restaurantes próximos e no próprio hotel com música alta, o quarto que ficamos era super silencioso. Cama confortável, banheiro limpo e boa pressão da água do chuveiro. Vc ir curtir a praia com conforto (toalha e cadeiras). O cafe da manha prático e rápido, mas que sustenta. O staff foi super atencioso.

Direkt am Ocean Drive und somit natürlich top Lage, um das Leben am Miami Beach zu beobachten. Essen, sowie Frühstück waren sehr gut. Wir konnten auch noch länger als 11 Uhr im Zimmer bleiben! Cocktail täglich einer umsonst war sehr gut!

Zimmer war schon recht klein und das Fenster konnte man wegen der lauten Klimaanlagen nicht öffnen. Klimaanlage im Zimmer zielte direkt auf den Kopf, was beim Schlafen recht unangenehm war.
