Excellent location, right on ocean drive, in the thick of all the madness! Can walk to most places which is fabulous. Really well decorated building on the outside and ground floor. Rooms are a little worn out in real life

Night time staff asleep when we got back home You can’t drink bathroom water, but staff refuse to give you more than one (very small) bottle of water every day Reception staff seem a little disjointed - didn’t reply to emails We had a suite and were 3 in a room, but only got 2 of everything (towels, mugs, robes etc) refused Noise from cleaning staff in corridor woke us up every morning Aircon was very high, you cannot control from the room yourself so we needed to call reception every day Dining staff quite rude out front. Website says 20% off food, but that wasn’t applied even when asked

​A hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean and tasteful design.

​The room had a connecting door to another room. You could hear every single word the neighbors said. At one point, one of their phones rang and I actually thought it was mine.

Breakfast option limited. No flexibility in food. Restaurant service extremely slow. Some important info not shared like 'Do Not Disturb' sign not available, Curtain ties used instead.

Personale super gentile e disponibile anche parlante italiano. Ottima colazione americana con vista su Ocean Drive, consiglierei magari di aggiungere succo d’arancia e jogurt. Ottima posizione centrale su Ocean Drive e fronte mare con servizio lettini inclusi in spiaggia. Non si sentiva alcun rumore proveniente dalla strada grazie all’ottima insonorizzazione delle stanze. Particolare l’arredo che caratterizza ciascuna camera, ottimo materasso, magari eviterei troppi orpelli che riducono lo spazio nella stanza (tavolini, poltrone ingombranti). Ottimi prodotti per il bagno. Torneremo sicuramente, spero molto presto!!! Super gradito il drink nel tardo pomeriggio.

We love this hotel. The location is superb, beach access wonderful, the retro themed rooms are adorable, lovely rooftop bar, incredibly friendly staff - the hallways even smell delicious! We want to come back as many times as it takes to try all the rooms! So far our fav is Lust In Space (much more fun and tasteful than it sounds - think Robby the Robot!)

The staff was very friendly and helpful the location can’t be beat it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was very good.

Only issue was the bed it was extremely firm and hard not very comfortable.
