Tulip Inn Beaulieu Lausanne

Wonderful hotel close to where I needed to be! Lausanne has become somewhat of a second home for me (best friend has been living here since 2020) and this is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the centre but not in the busy areas. The breakfast (thankfully included in my room rate) was decent. Choice of hot or cold and the breakfast room was always empty when I went in the morning. What I absolutely loved is that public transport was included. An email was sent a few days prior with how to activate the QR code and it was so useful whilst I was here. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 😊

My room 521 was the highest floor of the hotel so there was no way to open the window properly. There was a small vent however this did not let any air in. There was also no air con so in the summer, this room probably isn’t the best to offer to guests!

Chambre aceptable, emplacement ideal pour Beaulieu theatre

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je me rends a l'hôtel et a chaque fois il y as des petits malentendus a la réception. Ameliorer la communication, de plus je dois demander plusieurs fois, le passage d'informations entre employés ne se fait pas. Le message a l'air fort mais ce n'est vraiment pas grand chose. Nous avions une chambre pour 2 mais des linges pour 1, j'ai du demander un bouilloire deux fois. Rien grave! Mais améliorable. Nous savons que si la chambre n'est pas disponible avant heure de checkin on peut laisser les valises, la manière de parler a la réception faisait comprendre que la chambre était disponible, mais ils ont embarqué les valises et c'est que la que nous avions compris. Ça serait bien aussi qu'on nous informe des jours de passage du ménage, je n'en m'attendais pas et j'ai laissé la chambre en bordel, je préfère laisser un peu ranger quand il y a un passage, par respect, mais nous nous sommes loupé. Sinon, très bien. Nous avons pu voir crunchy roll sur la tv!

The beautiful inner garden was great. The room were clean and pleasant. We love the balcony and the view. The breakfast was great. And it's very close to our son's place. And the staff was gracious and pleasant.
