The comfort an the inconvenience

That I booked a room a they messed up my stay but not finding my name in the system even though the day before i wanted to change dates. An when I did my reservation was no where to be found

There were roaches in the room

Roaches everywhere try to get in bed with you

Close to everything you could need from food and gas. They were so nice when I told them we would have to leave a day early due to weather changes that we would have to deal with on our trip back home. I also want to give a Big shout out to Mike at the front desk who called me with in 20 minutes of us leaving to tell me that I had left my laptop in the room and he would hold it for me at the front desk till I could get it. (That's also a shout out to the cleaning "house keeping " crew that were working that day.) Thank you! The Garlick's

The pool looked clean and the bowling alley was right down the road

Our first night there when we entered the room at first glance it was ok but then my mother used the bathroom and found out the toilet didn't flush. So they tried to accommodate that by giving us another room but that room was worse smelled very musty looked moldy, ultimately we decided to keep the original room and deal with the toilet issue. So Here we are in the original room and we start noticing other things like mold on the telephone and gum under the lampshade by the bed and the remote was nasty i had to wrap it with a plastic bag to use it not to mention a random pare of Socks were left on our desk the next day . Between the state of the room and the remodeling going on around us It was the worst hotel experience we've ever had.
