"Horrible thinking that one of those roach might crawl into me or my friends ear."

The front door was always locked with a staff member inside, who partially opened it, saying, " May I help you?

All night long, killing roaches, and I had to be up early for my mother's funeral.

The room was dirty. Melted ice cream on the floor next to bed. A roach climbed on my son. The key cards didn't work. No blow dryer.

"Excellent"

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and acceptable. There wasn’t a a lot of noise or disruption other than a train going by I was a little disappointed in the breakfast and no coffee pot in the room. I’m a coffee person have to have it first thing in the morning. The beds are comfortable and was able to sleep very well.

Price/location for the purpose of our trip.

Room was not clean. Had bugs dead and alive. I didn't say anything because ...if one room has it then every room has them. Pool was closed due to someone pooping in it.
