It was surprisingly quiet and clean except for the floor. Everything worked just fine in the room. Plenty of hot water for the shower. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms over the years and this was definitely much better than many I’ve stayed in. My compliments to the staff.

As a frequent traveler, I know the importance of wearing something on my feet while in the room. After walking barefoot in the room, the bottom of my feet were dirty in no time at all. This is the same for almost every hotel room I’ve stayed in. I also know it’s impossible to wet mop every room floor after checkouts. Just a suggestion that disposable slippers should be provided and in plain sight when walking into the room. The rest of the room was fine and I commend housekeeping for doing a great job.

Best hotel I have stayed in, in a long time!!! Had great customer service, tea and coffee bar, vending machines with Cc tap to pay. 7 minutes from the airport. Clean. Room had microwave, fridge, it was amazing. Better than other hotels that were way way more expensive i have stayed at recently. Best value ever. The pool was clean, warm and refreshing. People came in later and ruined it with bringing beers to the pool (against the rules) as well as kids not being watched my parents (shocker) jumping in the pool (against the rules) but that is not the hotels fault. That's the degradation of society. Great hotel tho!!! 10 stars!!!

People breaking rules at the pool and not watching their children, drinking. People are just ridiculous. Not the hotel fault.

El desayuno puede mejorar un poco. La persona que nos recibió en la recepción no estaba en sus mejores días debería aprender un poco de la señora que atiende el desayuno
