Not enough warm bedding in room. Had to go to reception and wake up night manager in order to get a blanket. The heater was very noisy and didn't appear to be working. We could hear a neighbour's heater going on and off throughout the night.

The room was not clen there was blood on the bathroom door in room 114 that I stayed in. The soap/shampoo dispenser was broken and soap was dripping al inthe shower on the wall.

USLocation was convenient and I liked that front desk was 24 hours
Bed was uncomfortable. Got a queen size bed for two and it had a hard dip in the middle (even with just one person). My fault for not requesting to change room but there was no point because we only had a night left and we’ve already settled in. I had higher expectations because of the higher rating compared to other places I’ve stayed at.
