"Weird room design and odd area"

At least there was a fridge, which wasn't listed online. It wasn't dirty.

Everything in the room is inconveniently placed. It doesn't make sense. Morning front desk lady was a bit rude. Room layout is inconvenient. At night it didn't feel safe with many people loitering outside. The area doesn't seem safe. The pool was closed. Only 1 soap and 1 shampoo/conditioner provided. Had to use the same soap for the shower and the sink or use the shampoo instead. Bathroom is designed inconveniently along with the rest of the room. There was a fridge but no freezer. Some items were broken/loose, like the bedside lamp and the bathtub faucet. I didn't like it at all. There could have been more floor space and less bed.

The breakfast was minimal. There were problems with the internet and pool but my husband cleaned it and the manager resolved the internet and microwave problem. There was also a crack in the flooring of the bathroom floor which the manager said they were aware of.

Things to be working well before we arrived.

Absolutely NOTHING….

Tub was so filthy we skipped taking a shower… Breakfast was a joke and was not kept supplied - apparently afraid we were gonna eat to much ! Location of Facility is VERY sketchy and office secured in such a way as MUST be a problem area!!!
