Hyatt Regency Reston

Excellent hotel. Really nice updated room and very clean all around. All interactions with the staff were positive. We loved the Capital Burger, too.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room, great view, convenient to eateries and entertainment, friendly hotel staff, available paid parking, spacious conference room. Second time staying here for Weekend to Remember marriage conference! Great event and stay!

Friendly helpful staff, beautiful lobby. Nice clean room and comfortable beds. More of an observation than a complaint, room was very plain with no artwork on walls, made it feel like it had just been renovated and the decorator hadn't finished yet.

This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool, a lifeguard, and a great big hot tub. Just wish they had a microwave in the room. Coffee shop in lobby and places to eat in walking distance.

Toilet didn't work! Ordered pizza but were never called that it was delivered. My daughter went down to check on it after a long wait & saw our order sitting in the dlvy area across from the reception desk!!

Easy checkin process upon arrival although I could not use the digital checkin process, the front reception was kind and quick. We enjoyed our stay and it was for a dance competition/convention and was our 3rd time. We love how close it is to places to walk for food and shopping! Literally right outside the back entry. Very convenient.

While my arrival was heart breaking, the overall experience was good. Stay here again: Yes. Parking Garage --------------------------------------------------- If you have a lift on your truck, know that anything that is above 6'7 will not fit as the garage is 6'8. Additionally, the gate to get into the garage is an EXTREMELY tight fit. I scanned my card, and then began to push through and because the entrance piece was so tight, it caused $4k of damage to my truck. The concrete pillars are not forgiving. Be nice to see signs placed up at the entrance the next time I come. Be nice to see the concrete pillars moved out a bit more rather than having it so very tight. Front Desk Arrival / Check-In --------------------------------------------------- Very fast. Greeted me as a Discoverist. Very friendly. Room Clean. Good view. Corner Room. I know due to the overall construction of the room it probably did not have another opportunity; however, having the tv above the desk I don't feel is a good idea. They should be seperated somehow. HUGE NEGATIVE, no luggage rack, thus had to use sitting areas for suit cases. Bathroom --------------------------------------------------- Clean. Single Sink. Great water pressure in the shower. Negative: not enough towel hooks Shower head: great water pressure, great height placement. Toilet: Great positioning, but not standard chair height as toilet standard is now. Noise Level --------------------------------------------------- Great. There was a dance competition in town. I did not hear anything while in my room, outside of the here and there door closing. Local Surroundings --------------------------------------------------- Great location. There are multiple resturaunts to choose from within walking distance that allowed for good food and relaxation. Capital Burger --------------------------------------------------- Resturaunt inside hotel. Great food. Good for relaxing at night. Stayed open late, especially on weekends. Overall: --------------------------------------------------- Good stay. I will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with a spacious and lovely room. Also great being next to so many restaurants and stores to go to in between meetings

The Hyatt Regency at Reston is an outstanding place to stay for business or pleasure. I visit frequently for work and the location is ideal for work and to enjoy what the Reston Twon Center has to offer when you aren't busy. The Hyatt's staff is very attentive to ensure your stay is as comfortable and plesant as possible. The accommodations are extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming, and as I mentioned earlier, its location makes walking around the town center very enjoyable. I highly recommend the Hyatt if you want a relaxing, quiet, and comfortable place to stay.
