The hotel is currently undergoing guest rooms renovations of all rooms, being done in phases. The works started on March 18th, 2025 between 10am to 4pm everyday and some rooms have since been closed to facilitate the renovation. Our contractor is expected to complete the renovations within a period of one year. All other facilities within the hotel are operational and guests can continue to enjoy our various services and their stay with us. Very good Hotel . it’s my 3d time here and I can say it’s good place for business let’s start with the reception Godfrey the yang smart man & Lucy & Aisha they all very friendly people. the housekeeping are very nice and work hard and they make sure that you are very comfortable.. the restaurant stuff and waitress very good and work hard the food is good and there is many options & variety @ the swimming pool there is Adelard he is very good man and very professional. All of them good stuff even The GM I noticed he is very friendly with his stuff & his Guests and he always there make sure they are good .. I highly recommend Serena hotel Dra . Thank you everyone keep it up.
