Location was perfect for our visit to Southfork Ranch. Some nice restaurants in walking distance. Complimentary breakfast was basic but nice. Some staff were friendly. Room was ok.

Bathroom was dated and is needing an update.

"It was a cheap alternative to other hotels in the area and now I know why!"

The king beds were comfortable. The room was big. The hotel was close to most of the attractions we were interested in.

The hotel has had a make over sometime in the past but the attention to detail was terrible. Doors that did not close correctly, door handles that were loose and coming apart, safety latches for the room doors installed backwards, etc. The back door at the bottom of the stairwell which goes outside had a broken electric lock allowing anyone into the stairs. The breakfast was appalling: Fruitloops & Raisin Bran were the main course next to a make your own waffle maker. Oh there was some fruit: bananas and 2 apples. This was at 6:30 AM when they opened. Coffee was available which wasn't terrible. The pool was filled in with concrete along with the jacuzzi. No coffee in the rooms. There was a musty dirty odor just inside the doors to the rooms. You get the idea!

Its ok....u gotta get down there fast tho, or everything except waffles is gone

The shower curtain.....it needs liners, the floor always gets soaking wet
