One elevator was working but taking so long so we used the stairway, which was dirty and it smelled like Marijuana/tobacco. The room was outdated, the paper wall was peeling, the carpet was dirty with stains, the conte I liked remote didn't work, the tub/shower had signs of mold, the toilet would flush but it took a long time for the tank to fill so there was a constant sound of water running, stains on the celing of the bathroom.

The Hotel advertised false information, the hotel didn't include breakfast at all nor had an explanation on why that advertised still show on line! My husband and I would like to have a good time, enjoy our experience when we stay at a Hotel 🏨 but with false advertising like this, this change our expectations!! When my husband and I made the reservation, it say that breakfast was included, but that was not true and that was a huge disappointment! 😒

What I thought I booked was far from what I received. King size booked bed turn into a twin size for 2 disabled adults and we had to walk over 500 feet to a 1st floor room. Horrible
