Location was absolutely perfect, it couldn't be better. Absolutely the reason you'd book this place. Check-in was very easy and Eugenio was incredibly helpful and friendly with parking help and other questions and was a perfect host. The property was incredibly good value, considering the location. We loved the authenticity of the brickwork inside too.

We stayed in the family suite so I can't speak for the others. The booking pictures can mislead you slightly, unless you're careful. The property has no windows, apart from two frosted ones on the door you enter through. This makes the whole place feel particularly dark, despite what the photos may suggest. There is a floodlight in the first chamber which helps, but in the rear chamber there is only a few ceiling lights near the fridge, and the rest is floor up-lighters which really doesn't help the dark feel. There is no privacy between the 'rooms', and I use rooms loosely. There is a sofa bed in the first chamber you enter, and a large double in the second, separated by a step down, but no door. If you need basic amenities like clothes storage, an iron, any kind of utensil or a place to hang wet towels to dry then perhaps it's worth looking elsewhere, despite the booking saying there is a kitchen. There is a coffee machine and a fridge, but that's it. The smell has been mentioned in other reviews and it is there, however we didn't find it overpowering. The air conditioning is centrally controlled to come on once the flat reaches 25 degrees so you're not able to set the temperature yourself or try and clear the smell, but this didn't make the flat uncomfortable luckily. We found the bathroom a little worse for wear with the walls in poor condition and the shower weak, but we only really slept at the property so didn't cause any major issues.

A location is a bit louder at night than expected. No room service was provided (no coffee next day, no cleaning).

The owner sent us a good video of how to access the keys and where to park. Room was super central and super clean. The sofa bed was very comfortable. Good bathroom and lots of space in the rooms. Again lovely interior decor. Only a Coffee machine and kettle supplied. Also good advice about how to leave the keys and city tax etc. A very welcoming owner from a distance.

The ZTL was a surprise - the carpark was quite a 10 minute walk with the bags from the property. We didn't know if we could drive to the rooms to unload. I hope we don't get fined! There was space to put the coffee machine and kettle in a more accessible place rather than tucked by the bed.

Location central authentic

Spotless clean place with great architecture! It was an ancient salt warehouse, it's made interely from local stone. It's warm and cozy, very airy despite there are windows only on the door. Big bathroom, fridge with welcome bottle of water and coffee&tea with coffe machine and water cattle. The walls are warm and makes you feel like in ancient times. Eugeneo was very polite and helpfull, responsible and English speaking. We higly reccommend this great accomodation for up to 4 people and maybe a child (there is a small sofa there) !The location is top - nex to Piazza Oronzo and one of the main vialle with shops and food, but on a quite small piazza. Great experience and an important positive part of our vacation!

Worst place I have ever been, no windows, most of the bulbs are broken so zero lighting, it is a dark cave with several steps so it is easy to trip over, we had to use the flash light of our cellphone to move around. The smell of mildow will make you sick, one of the two air conditioner was hardly working because it was completely cover with mold, making the air unbreathable. There was an inside door separating the next unit, the cracks of the old door allow you to see and hear and be seen and heardby the unfortunate neighbors. . The bathroom smelled, the cave overall was dirty. Absolutely stay away from this place.

Good location

The smell of damp was terrible. There was an extractor in the room, but it didn't help fix the problem.
