Pacific Bay Resort

The ambiance and resort facilites were good.

The room smelt of mildew like the doors had not been opened in some time and there had been water damage. When this was pointed out to management the remedy was for me to sleep with either an air conditioner on (in winter with pouring rain all night) or sleep with the balcony doors open. I elected the opened door and undertook significant risk to my wellbeing in that I was on the ground floor, a single woman with the balcony doors open all night whilst sleeping with easy access from anyone on the walkway who wanted to jump the balcony and break in. I was given no choice to move rooms. I think this is extremely poor.

Rooms big, restaurant was beautiful, staff were lovely.

Tv in the bedroom too low to be able to comfortably watch from the bed

The rooms are starting to look a bit tired.

Beautiful view from apartment, clean comfortable beds

No trolleys for luggage Hard to get into shower in jacuzzi

Great location, friendly staff, good rooms and comfy bed

Car parking was restricted under the building.

The location was a perfect for our stop over

There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, we were on the ground level in 2 rooms that didn't have exhaust fans. Restaurant was expensive, try and go out to town to eat
